Social Media Tools
I have found that organizing is a key component of using social media efficiently and one of the things that has made my life easier is using Google Chrome for my browser and using the Chrome web store to load tools that help me the most (most are free). Google's email, gmail, also allows a one stop signin to all of Googles products that I use such as Blogger.

I use Twitter and Facebook for marketing and have found TweetDeck to be a great free tool for organizing social media in one location and being able to post and automating post. TweetDeck allows you to run virtually unlimited Twitter accounts so you can target your audience however you wish.

Email & Form Building Tools
I use iContact for my email autoresponder and form building. There are many providers for this service, some of which are free. Mailchimp has a forever free account for up to 2000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month. If you have a gmail accont you can create signup forms for free in the document center.

Blogging
I use Blogger which is a free blog service offered through Google. It is very easy to setup, use and post to.

Lead Calling Skills
Tom Challan's Prioty Team offers some incredible free and paid training. Tom specializes in building teams by calling on leads and teaching others to do the same with a three step process.

Tom uses Dani Johnson's Script Book as a basis to train for lead calling. This prospecting and closing script book has been a great help to me in phone and face to face prospecting. Get your hands on the cd and book at Dani's site.

Free Lead Capture Page
I found this site called Nick Roditis' Capture Page Creator that offers free lead capture pages. Nothing fancy but they are free and easy. You get put on Nick's email list by building one, but he does offer some valuable material in exchange.

There are 3 different template styles. They are all clean and attractive, and all of them have the capability to display a YouTube video (or any other streaming video). And if you do not have any videos don't sweat, if you leave that box blank, the space in your Capture Page will just shrink up, so it will always look good, with or without a video.

You can also use a free Blogger page like this one and actually hide pages that can be used for sharing information. for example I have an UnFranchise capture page which has a form that leads to a Market America Overview page that is hidden from the site.
